What have you been up to?

While all of our coaches are incredibly committed to providing the very best customer experience in every training intervention they deliver, there is a common question asked by many of you:

‘What has everyone else been up to?’

You’ve been so busy there’s not enough room on the screen to fit everything in, but here’s a whistle stop tour of OTD’s world in the last few weeks:

Sophie Skinner has launched the first part of a brand new cohort of a Future Leaders Programme. It’s an accelerated package of learning and development, created in collaboration with the customer, that gives some of its brightest young things an ideal start to corporate life.

Talking of springboards, Lou Roberts was back with the team at Vantage for the second season of the Female Founders Growth Series. Lou trained the latest cohort of talented businesswomen in how to become a world class presenter. When you consider that just 2% of venture capital funds are allocated to female-led startups, it’s vital that businesswomen are equipped with the skills to pitch their business ideas.

Power Presenter! has been one of our most enduringly successful programmes and we’re set to take it to Australia and Catalonia later in November, which will be delivered by Emma Gillies and Paloma Moreno. More to follow…

In North America, Chris Cummins has delivered a three-day training programme for a new customer that makes ingredients for foods. He then hot footed it to Singapore to meet some of our existing customers before training our new Japanese-based coaches.

Canada-based Tuula Rea delivered part one of an inspirational coaching workshop in Toronto, with part two to follow later in the month.

Chris has also recently returned from Copenhagen, where we’ve been helping a team to create a brand new charter in the form of a movie. It’s a dynamic and engaging blueprint for how they want to work together and an exciting start to our relationship with a new global customer.

That’s not the only session we delivered in the Nordics. We also launched accelerated learning and presentation skills programmes to training professionals at a pharmaceutical company.

And then there was the final session in our NLP Practitioner for Business series, a combination of virtual and face-to-face sessions involving 32 people.

Hynek Glos was in the Czech Republic for a two-day event in early October. It’s part of a key account management series for a pharma customer, led by Susie Rixon, with the support of Louise Wilson.

We’ve since designed the customer’s oncology product launch event in Frankfurt in October too – the first OTD assignment for our German-based facilitators, Roberta Pezzarossa and Christine Woodford.

A huge thanks to everyone who joined us for our latest virtual coach forum. Led by Lou Roberts, it included an update from Chris and brilliant sessions led by Katarina Sovic and Amelie Prot.

It’s a great way of gathering together for a couple of hours to discuss some of the key challenges you’re facing, focus on new ideas and engage with other like-minded people.

You really don’t want to miss the next one …
