Behind every inspirational training session delivered by our coaches, is a dedicated team of people who make sure all of our supporting systems and processes run smoothly.
Earlier this year, we welcomed two new arrivals to our ever-growing family in the shape of finance manager, Marcia Fenton and designer, Olly Wigley.
But what inspires them? We caught up with them to find out.
Olly Wigley has taken his love for drawing at school and is building a successful career around it.
With qualifications in graphic design and computer science, the Worcester University graduate already possesses a range of skills in design and he isn’t stopping there. He said:
I try to inspire myself by reflecting on what I’ve already achieved and by putting myself in different situations that allow me to progress and gain experience.
I like how OTD uses different sources of media in its design output, that we’re not limited and we can explore ideas.
Olly is working alongside Zhuoling Williamson to make sure that every slide deck, workbook and visual resource we produce is just as excellent as the training we deliver.
AAT qualified accountant, Marcia Fenton is a former company secretary with considerable experience of managing an accounting office.
She has joined OTD as finance manager, where her role spans everything financial, from estimates and invoices to making sure that all costs are covered.
Marcia is passionate about learning and was attracted by the opportunity to join a business that would support her in her goal to become a chartered accountant. She said:
When I saw this role I knew it was exactly what I wanted. OTD focus on progression and I know that I’m always going to be developing here.
I find inspiration in anyone who is successful in life because I always want to improve in whatever I do.
