Trio join expanded outcomes team

We’re thrilled to have added three new faces to our outcomes team in Birmingham, led by Head of Outcomes, Ali Barker.

The new appointments are a key part of OTD’s mission to deliver sustainable learning outcomes for our customers, giving us greater capacity to explore even more opportunities.

They will be responsible for consolidating the delivery of all of our coaching and training interventions, generating insight, reporting, analysis and feedback for customers.

And they will enable us to support customers that don’t yet have a true grasp of the impact of learning within their business.

Three really is the magic number …

Our new Learning Outcomes Manager, Toni Addinall, is someone you may be familiar with from her time with our apprenticeships division, OTD QA.

Toni is a former project manager, with more than a decade of experience in learning and development at Royal Bank of Scotland and as part of world leading learning company, Pearson.

She said: “We have a huge opportunity, with both new and existing customers, to measure the impact of the learning that we’re imparting. We want to continuously improve our output and standardise our processes, so that we can deliver in an even more efficient way.”

Toni is joined by two new data analysts, who will greatly enhance our existing team. They include maths and statistics graduate, Qian Zhao, who has a postgraduate degree in IT from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.

Originally from China, Qian moved to London when she was aged 17 and was attracted to the role at OTD because of our commitment to giving back to the communities in which we live and work.

Ismaila Khan is a multilingual computer science graduate from the University of Westminster. He brings experience of business process management gained in IT and research roles, most recently with a Sheffield-based social enterprise.

Ismaila was born in Gambia before moving to Brixton, London and is already known as the “data detective” for his inquisitive nature and passion for delving into the unknown.

Welcome to the team, guys!
