As all of our team knows only too well, being part of OTD is something significantly bigger than just a job.
After all, inspiring lasting change in workplaces around the world asks a little more of all of us than that.
We like to think of our global community of coaches as a diverse collective of hugely talented people, bursting with ideas and with an unwavering commitment to delivering the very best customer experience.
Maintaining quality and consistency across continents isn’t easy. It’s why we invite every single new member of our team to join us for a three-day development event in Birmingham.
Led by our head of coaching, Lou Roberts, we like to think of this as a chance to sprinkle a little OTD stardust on our new recruits.
You only need to look at the photos to see just how much sprinkling took place!

We talked about topics such as OTD’s vision and our shared values, as well as our bespoke suite of training programmes, and we also took time out for a welcome bit of team bonding in the very public setting of St. Paul’s Square.
Nine balloons, nine magnificent people and many, many laughs.
Huge thanks and a very warm welcome to the brilliant Sam Greenwood, Brendan Dobrowlny, Rebecca Underwood, Liz Patterson, Marcus Cato, Aelita Pinta, Paul Walker, Alan Gillies and Andrew Butler.
Great to see how from initial interest in working with OTD comes to life with the next step of engagement.
