We think that the best way of reflecting on the history of our business is to take a look at it through the eyes of the people who make it what it is: you.
We spoke to some of you to find out a little more about your experiences of team OTD in the last 15 years. Thank you to everyone who contributed.
From hula hoops and Chris and Lou Roberts’ dancing moves, to the “OTD sauce”, there are some wonderful memories (see below).

If my memory is correct…I met Chris and Becky in 2009 or 2010…when I was Area sales manager at J&J…at an extraordinary training…then I had the opportunity to receive more OTD training. …then I met Shirley….and when I decided to leave J&J in 2015 Shirley called me and then I spoke with Chris and Andy to start this beautiful adventure with them. Congratulations Chris & Andy and all the great OTD team, it is a real pleasure to be part of this family. For the next 15 years!! Congratulations and thank you!!

15 years…and know that OTD will continue to be amazing and inspiring for all that work within it and all the customers that OTD have contact with. Very proud to be seeing, and sharing, the journey.
