As a global coaching and training company, we’ve always invested in talented people who reflect and celebrate the diverse locations in which we deliver.
It’s why we employ people who speak several languages, and represent a whole range of cultures and customs.
In the last few weeks we’ve welcomed eleven new global business coaches to our expanding team.
They include @Nancy El Khohry, an English and Arabic speaker, who successfully delivered our first face-to-face session in more than a year.
Nancy was in Cairo to deliver a sales focused ‘train the trainer’ workshop to a brilliant group of people in the life sciences sector.
The session was well timed.
The pandemic has shifted the goal posts, meaning that our sales teams will increasingly face a future in which physical meetings co-exist with virtual interventions.
Should they be fearful? Not at all.
Change creates opportunity and we’re looking forward to working with sales teams globally to help them to be better prepared to take advantage.
Remote learning gives us so many opportunities for learning and development that we should absolutely continue to harness.
But it also feels so good to be back with people again.
