Introducing our new OTD business coaches

It’s been a record year for recruitment at OTD with 32 new new associate business coaches being brought on board this year. That’s no mean feat!

We’ve recently handpicked a cohort of 26 training professionals from all corners of the globe who each bring a unique skill set, perspective and experience to the business.

They include our new German-based facilitators, Christine and Roberta, our Latvian and Swedish coaches, Aelita and Katarina and the “Shanghai six” of Simon, Liu, Jenny, Lois, Clara and Kelly.

We’ve also welcomed four new coaches from Japan – Mieko, Kiminari, Kenji and Taeko – where our business continues to flourish.

There are content writers such as Liz, key account managers like Alan, and those with a pharma background, including Michael and Debbie.

And we’re also excited to bring Amelie into our business, an experienced consultant, trainer and workplace menopause specialist, who has already delivered insightful awareness sessions to our team to rave reviews.

Some of our new coaches have already delivered sessions for us – Marian Dubjel, who is based in the Czech Republic, has joined Hynek Glos for two KAM workshops and is set to deliver the Czech-leg of a separate launch programme in December.

It’s a cliche perhaps, but the strength of our business really does lie in the people who lay at the heart of it and there are now many more of you than there were when we started this journey more than 15 years ago.
