New cancer drug rolled out across Europe

Launching a new product invariably presents challenges.

Managing the delivery of a staggered launch programme across multiple teams in different countries, demands an exceptional level of organisation.

In our last newsletter, you may recall the story of our relationship with one particular life sciences customer.

What began as a short-term project, writing training manuals for a product, morphed into a wide ranging benchmarking programme and it continues to grow further.

Led by Susie Rixon and Louise Wilson, we’ve been working with the company to roll out a new prostate cancer drug across Europe. We’ve taken in everywhere from Austria and Germany to the UK and Czech Republic.

It has come at a time when face-to-face interaction with medical professionals remains problematic, which means that every sales pitch has to be laser focused.

We’ve delivered a series of sessions to sales teams to ensure they’re confident, prepared and excited to interact with customers.

It’s all been possible thanks to our formidable team of coaches who have each brought their own energy to the project and maintained a consistently high quality.
