Whisper it quietly but we’re 15 years old. Whilst we aren’t planning to throw a party, we would like to mark this important milestone.
After all, OTD won’t be a teenager forever!
From a room in Andy’s house in Bromsgrove UK, our business has steadily grown in the last decade and a half; we’ve had to move offices twice to fit everyone in!
And while our amazing core team has expanded, so too has our network of more than 100 world class coaching professionals in all parts of the globe.
Together, we’ve made quite an impact. You may not know it, but we’ve since delivered training to almost 31,000 people in more than 60 countries worldwide. Let that sink in.
It’s incredible to think of the wider impact we’ve had on the colleagues, families and friends of those people too. That what we deliver today continues to positively impact on people’s lives for some time to come.
We are also proud to have received external recognition along the way.
Not only were we awarded Investors in People Gold last year, we also continue to receive plaudits from some of the people who matter most; our customers. Our net promoter score is 48.4 and continues to climb higher.
Our aim is always to inspire people and to deliver sustainable results.
Those goals cannot be achieved without the support of a wider team of people that share the same values, beliefs and pursuit of excellence.
So whilst OTD is the business that Chris and Andy have built, it’s not been a journey they’ve taken on their own. Far from it.
Each and every one of you has written your own chapter. And in that way, our story is your story too.
