What have we been up to?

A warm welcome to a whistle stop tour of OTD’s world in the last few weeks and months.

Here are some of the things you have been up to …

We start in the Far East, where business coaches Sachiko Taguchi, Eve Thow and Kiminari Azuma recently met with Chris Cummins. The trio joined Chris for meetings with customers in the region and a meal to discuss our continued growth in China and Japan.

Chris also visited Greece, where he spent time catching up with Popi Ikonomopoulou and Christos Agrogiannos, who have a long association with OTD.

And if that wasn’t enough, Chris joined Louise Wilson and Dave Cosgrove in Budapest and then Athens for sales manager training with a difference. You can find out more about our engaging platform-based game by clicking on the image above.

Katarina Sović has worked with a wonderful Egyptian-based team in the delivery of a two-day face-to-face workshop which explored the power of a data-driven mindset. You can read more about some of the tools Katarina is using to enhance collaboration and delivery by clicking on the image above.

In the UK, Louise Roberts and Mike Lennon delivered what was perhaps our most challenging and rewarding Resilience training to date, thanks to a team of young people from Birmingham Children’s Trust.

Lou also donated time in support of aspiring female entrepreneurs through the Female Founder Growth Series by Vantage. It’s a cause that Lou has supported for more than a year now, helping dozens of women to challenge the gender funding gap.

Outside of the workplace, Qian Zhao and Hayley Rock willingly took to abseiling one of the tallest buildings in our home city of Birmingham to raise funds for Edward’s Trust. We’re incredibly proud of them.
