Green Day: Why Andy came to work as a crocodile

We’re proud to be a team with big personalities and they don’t come much bigger than a crocodile, two Luigis and the Incredible Hulk.

But why did Andy Crotty come to work dressed as a reptile?

It was all in aid of Mental Health Awareness Month, which culminated in a special event encouraging people to wear green.

We’re committed to doing all we can to fight mental health stigma, providing support and helping to educate others.

As a team, we’ve been sharing stories, ideas and experiences for some time but Mental Health Awareness Month encouraged all of us to talk more openly.

During the month we followed the brilliant ‘Meaningful May’ calendar by Action for Happiness, took time out to “connect” and enjoyed more lunch breaks together.

We also invited the inspirational exercise instructor and lifestyle coach, Loraine Stewart to help launch our new workplace wellbeing area, which has been designed to give our people the space to take some time out.

A huge thank you to those who shared photographs with us, they certainly spread a little more happiness!
