When Rohan met OTD
Meet Rohan Bent, our first work experience placement.
Rohan joined us for a six-week, fully paid placement through one of our four community partners, First Class Foundation.
He’s been keeping a video diary of his experiences throughout the placement and we’ll be releasing it for you to view in the next few weeks.
We can’t wait for you to see the huge improvement in Rohan’s confidence and to hear his thoughts on what he has learnt from his time at OTD.
He’ll be taking a short break before joining Deloitte on a graduate scheme later this year.
The modern learner
What do we really mean by the term, ‘modern learner’? Understanding the modern learner empowers us to create meaningful learning experiences for our audience.
We can only satisfy their needs once we have a clear vision of what those needs are. Once we’ve built our learning experience, we then need to help our learners find it, keep their attention and above all, meet their expectations and deliver value.
That’s the challenge that lies ahead. We’re ready for it.
