
Since lockdown began last year, Chris Cummins has been running a monthly evening NLP practice group. The sessions have often included world class guest speakers such as Dr Richard Bandler (co-creator of NLP), John LaValle (President of the Society of NLP) and many other trainers and master trainers. Last month Chris hosted Kay Cooke, author of Happy Brain, who delivered an amazing session entitled “ Mind Spa – An Evening of Guided Meditation for Self-Care”. It was totally appropriate for all of us who have been in lockdown for so long!
