We had a surprise in store for our account managers when they gathered for a recent workshop in Birmingham.
Julian James is a mind magician and a longstanding member of the Magic Circle. He is also a master communicator that has captivated audiences worldwide.
We invited Julian to join us to give an insight into some of the psychology behind what he does and how he does it.
Why? We wanted to delve a little deeper into how we can continue to create magical moments for our customers, so that they always want to work with us.
It’s all part of supporting the development of a ‘white hot’ team of inspirational coaches and account managers across our business.
We looked at how to prepare and perform, how to negotiate challenges and how best to communicate with an audience.
With an ever growing demand for our services, we want to continue to inspire our people to be the very best they can be. Just like magic.
