Progression, promotion, new opportunities.
The great thing about apprenticeships is that they are for everyone. It doesn’t matter if you struggled at school or left without any qualifications.
An apprenticeship is a paid job where the employee learns and gains valuable experiences.
They provide an opportunity to develop new skills and a brighter future. They can be hard work, it’s true, but they’re also incredibly valuable and truly rewarding.
Lian Bemrose manages the day-to-day operations of our apprenticeships division, OTD QA.
She truly understands the impact an apprenticeship can have on an individual’s personal development and career prospects.
Why? Because she completed one herself.
Lian now works in apprenticeships, playing her role in helping others, as “there’s nothing more fulfilling than seeing other people succeed.”
And it was Lian – in conversation with colleague, Sarah Crotty – who led our release of a series of special clips to coincide with National Apprenticeship Week 2022, an annual celebration of the positive impact apprenticeships bring to employers, individuals, and the economy.
Take a look.
