What have we been up to?

We were thrilled with the positive response to our last newsletter but we know that no one ever progresses by standing still. So we asked you how we could improve on what we last delivered. One of the things you most commonly asked us for is a round-up of what we’ve collectively been up to; think the places we’ve been to, the programmes we’ve delivered and the people behind them. While we’re not always in a position to name the specific companies/teams that we’ve worked with, we have put together a summary that we hope will be of interest to you. So here it is, a whistle stop tour of OTD’s world in the past few weeks and a flavour of some of the things to come:

Virtual Development Workshops in French, Germany and Flemish
Continued delivery of Storytelling and Resilience to one of our new customers, with several other Resilience workshops having taken place elsewhere in November
Senior Leadership Team Building in Belgium and Germany
Leading Change Programme delivered in Switzerland

Ali and the team have delivered face to face ICE/MCE workshops on behalf of three global companies in Spain, Greece, Russia, Israel, the Nordics, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, all using local languages. We also delivered virtually in Canada and will be running a three-day development centre in Australia. Chris and Marie have delivered Power Presenter virtually to the Black Technology Group – all US-based black scientists – of a global life sciences organisation. Five of you graduated as Licensed Business Practitioners in NLP. You can find out more of that here. Our OTDQA team has recorded a superb 40 new enrolments on to a leadership and management graduate programme for Teva in the UK; they will graduate in 18 months’ time. And last but by no means least, we delivered OTD Lead Facilitator Training. Seven brilliant new OTD coaches spent three days in our training suite in Birmingham learning everything about OTD and what – and how – we deliver. Watch the video here.
